- Open the Copilot session timeline.
- Check that the entry references the intended instance and time range.
- Open cited metrics, events, or work request details.
- Compare the final state with the expected result.
- Add a follow-up prompt when the result needs more investigation.
Keep the original prompt and evidence when handing an incident to another operator. Record instance ID, work request ID, and the observed time range in the handoff summary.
